This dress featuring original Mind Cradle artwork is hand-printed and sewn in the USA. We searched far and wide for a fabric for our dresses that will leave a lasting impression. The fabric we found is the perfect balance of softness, strength and stretch. It perfectly conforms to the body, wrapping you in a sleeve of pure softness and its strength means it will never shrink or fade. As always wash cold, and air/hang to dry.
Fabric: We use a fabric from ECLAT USA in California made with 89% Polyester and 11% Spandex to create this dress. This midweight 7.7 ounce polyester and spandex is nicknamed the “super soft” by our staff. When we sampled this fabric, we knew we’d found the perfect fabric for our women’s wear.
Imaging: We use Italian-made sublimation dyes to permanently place the graphics onto the fabric. This process involves bonding individual dye molecules to the fiber molecules. This provides an incredibly high-detail, vibrant image.
Construction: This dress is sewn with a high-end extruded polyester thread made in Germany that is soft to the touch and stretches with the garment. The arm and neck opening is binded with a soft poly/spandex black binding for beautiful contrast. The contour of the dress is designed to be tight to the body. When we finished the first sample of this garment, we knew had finished a masterwork of apparel to compliment the amazing art we’d adorn each dress with.
